He informed with kindness, answering my questions even answering some of the same questions for my husband by phone, as he was working out of town. Respectfully giving us facts and allowing us to evaluate and make choices to accommodate the needs for our business & our family. It was a late evening and he never made me feel my questions weren't important. He wasn't pushy or impatience. I have been a Lexus RX owner for my last couple of vehicles and only stopped in to see what Volvo had to offer because my wife spoke with someone who said they (Volvo) had come a long way since the days when it was (only) known for safety. We were very pleasantly surprised by the updated style and performance we discovered.
Our sales rep at this dealership, Scott Wallace, was very patient, extremely knowledgeable, always professional and courteous, yet friendly. He bent over backward to make sure we knew what options we were getting and that they would do something we actually wanted to do, explaining everything to whatever degree of depth we wanted to know yet not droning on about areas in which we had no interest. He also worked with others at the dealership to get us a good trade-in allowance for our Lexus.
Further, he followed up several times with that same professionl yet friendly manner when we had questions after the sale ... when he didn't have to impress us any longer as we already had bought the vehicle. Lexus is known for its level of customer service and I had been accostomed to pretty good dealer treatment over the last decade. However, I would have to say the Scott surpassed that level - both surprising and delighting us in his doing it.
I also had occasion to speak with several others at the dealership (e.g., finance and service departments) and found a continuously high level of professionalism, courtesy and dedication to customer satisfaction. The only score I considered as ranking less than "great" was price. That reflects not on the dealership but on my surprise in finding a more expensive SUV than the Lexus. I discovered this to be consistent with online pricing sites and feel I was dealt with fairly by Scott and this dealership. After driving the car for several weeks, I came to the conclusion that it is worth more than the Lexus - that's why it costs more.
Overall, we were very satisfied with the dealer's personnel and are delighted with the vehicle (XC60).

The dealership (Hunter Volvo) was able to get the car my wife and I wanted at a great price. They were very flexible with our time frame, financing options and never put any unwanted pressure on our buying decision. Kevin the Sales Person went through all parts of the car and answered all of our questions about the car. He even went the extra mile and sinked our mobile phones to the Bluetooth built into the car.

Kevin was interested and available but not overbearing. It took looking, leaving and thinking for me to make such an important decision. I didn't feel overly pressured or pushed to make a quick decision. Kevin synced my phone to bluetooth, make sure it worked and dealt with Sirius radio. Thank you Kevin and Hunter Volvo for a great experience it was worth the hour drive.

My Volvo overheated in Downtown Asheville. I called Hunter and told me to have the car towed and they would go to work on it immediatel. Thanks to Volvo Roadside Service, I was at Hunter within the hour. They completed major repairs in four hours and sent me on my way with a smile. Great people to work with and Debbie in Service was the star. I give these folks my highest ratings for service and professionalism. Great dealer!

WE recently purchased a C70 convertible. We first communicated by e-mail, and Jim Outman was responsive and helpful. He was also helpful when we came in to see for ourselves. The day we actually came in to drive the car he was closing a deal and Kevin Brazanskas stepped in. He knew everything about the car and was extremely helpful withotu being pushey. We returned to drive the car again, and Kevin was very helpful in giving us the assurance that we were making as good a deal as possible. There was no hard sell, just a confidence in the worth of his product.
We love the car, and after a week of getting used to the car, Kevin spent an hour going over all the different details I needed to know.
